PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having excellent transparency and workability in production by subjecting a soap base to mechanical milling with a specific betaine group-containing siloxane compound, sorbitol and water. CONSTITUTION:(A) 57-92wt.% soap base is subjected to mechanical milling with (B) 2-15wt.% betaine group-containing siloxane compound expressed by formula I {R<1> is 1-18C (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon; R<2> is formula II [R<3> is 1-10C divalent hydrocarbon; R<4> is 1-3C alkyl or -(CH2)y-OH; x and y are 1, 2 or 3] or 1-18C (substituted) hydrocarbon; m and n are integer of 0-1000}, (C) 3-13wt.% sorbitol and (D) water to provide the objective composition. |
