发明名称 IMPROVEMENT OF ADHESION OF POLYARYLENE SULFIDE-BASED RESIN MOLDING AND LAMP REFLECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the subject molding having an improved adhesion to another material and capable of providing a lamp reflector excellent in adhesion to a primer and a vapor deposited metal by applying short-wave ultraviolet rays to the surface of a polyarylene sulfide-based resin molding. CONSTITUTION:Short-wave ultraviolet rays having >=300nm wave length are applied to the surface of a polyarylene sulfide-based resin molding. As the short-wave ultraviolet rays, a short-wave ultraviolet ray of 184.9nm wave length is preferably used in combination with another short-wave ultraviolet ray of 257.7nm wave length in (1/9)-(3/7) ratio of the irradiation dose of the former to that of the latter. In addition, a polyphenylene sulfide-based resin containing a unit of the formula in an amount of 70mol% is preferable as the above- mentioned resin.
