PURPOSE:To efficiently dispatch a direct mail and to improve service to a customer who has a high purchase promising degree. CONSTITUTION:Customer data which is read from a customer data file 4 and product data inputted from a user terminal equipment 3 are inputted from a data processing part 2 to a fuzzy inference part 5. They are set to be input variables and the purchase promising degree is fuzzy-inferred. The data processing part 2 selects the customer having the high purchase promising degree from the customer data file 4 and the address and the name are printed by a printing device 6. |
