PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness and the following property by engaging teeth of the first and second pectinated bases. and mounting vibrators in a gap between the sides of the teeth, the side of one base and the perpendicular surfaces, thereby increasing a drive force. CONSTITUTION:A pectinated base 20 on which a dynamic body 21 is placed on the base 20b opposite side to a teeth 22 and another pectinated base 25 opposed to the base 20 are provided, and both teeth 22, 26 are engaged with each other. Side (horizontal) vibrators 27, 27a driven by the AC power of reverse phase are alternately inserted to the gaps between the teeth 22 and 26. Vertical vibrators 28 are mounted on the teeth 26 of the base 25 and the base 25b, and a vibration actuator 29 is mounted on the opposite side. Thus, when the vibrators 27, 27a, 28 are driven, the horizontal vibrators 27, 27a apply horizontal vibration through the vertical vibrator 28 to the vibration actuator 29, and the vibrator 28 applies the vertical vibration to the actuator 29. Thus, the actuator 29 is elliptically moved to move the body 21. |
