PURPOSE:To simplify the tabulating work by constituting the processor so that a format for describing a table structure as how many rows and how many columns and a format for describing it by coordinate columns are allowed to correspond to each other, and the tabulating work can be executed by designating how many rows and how many columns. CONSTITUTION:To a control part 11, a keyboard part 2, a mouse 8, a main memory 12 consisting of a ROM in which a control program is stored and a RAM for storing data, a display memory 13 in which the display contents by a liquid crystal, display part 4 are stored, and an FD reader/writer 14 for storing the data to an FD inserted from a floppy disk(FD) insertion port and reading the data from the FD are connected. In such a constitution, by managing doubly structure description data for describing a table structure and coordinate column description data, its structure can be recognized easily to a man, a display processing can be executed at a high speed, and even in the case an arbitrary segment is added, the table structure can be changed easily and a screen layout can be changed interactively. |
