PURPOSE:To obtain a fungicidal composition for agriculture and horticulture, showing synergistic effects on various blights, comprising a pyridylpyrimidine derivative or a salt thereof and prochloraz as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:(A) A compound shown by the formula (n is 0-5; R<1> is alkyl, halogen, haloalkyl or alkoxy; R<2> and R<3> are H or alkyl; R<4> is H or alkyl; R<5> is H, alkyl, halogen or R<4> is bonded to R<5> at ends to form trimethylene or tetramethylene; R<6> is H, straight-chain alkyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy or alkylthio) or a salt thereof is blended with (B) 1-[N-propyl-N-[2-(2,4,6- trichlorophenoxy)ethyl]carbamoyl]imidazole (general name: prochloraz) in a ratio of 1 pt.wt. component A and 0.01-100 pts.wt., especially 1-4 pts.wt. component B. |
