PURPOSE:To enable an operator to form a document without requiring the setting of a printing position independently of the format of the document by converting a data display position into a printing position to be required at the time of printing out a document by a document printing means. CONSTITUTION:The document forming device is constituted of a document image reading means 1 for reading out the format of a document to be read out, a printing data display means 2 for executing the display of a document image and the display and edition of printing data, a printing data input means 3 for inputting printing data, a conversion means 4 for converting the display position of data displayed by the means 2 into a printing position on the document at the time of printing, a memory 5 for storing document data and the printing position, a document printing means 6 for printing data on the document, and a control part 7. A document image read out by the means 1 and printing data are displayed by the means 2 so as to be superposed and the display position of the displayed data is converted into a printing position to be required at the time of printing the data by the means 6. |
