The lower part of the structure of the pushchair terminates, at the plane corresponding to the four main wheels (2 and 6), in a framework (7) which exhibits an upper side member (9) secured to the front and rear legs (1 and 5) of the structure and a lower side member (10) which is articulated to the upper side member (9) with the aid of a series of connecting rods (11). The two lower side members (10) are joined together by means of a pair of end cross-members (17 and 20) and the upper and lower side members exhibit a grooved configuration for the mounting of a set of small castors (12) which act as a guide for two lateral belts (13) mounted on grooved end wheels (14). <IMAGE>
