PURPOSE:To efficiently continue an inspection even when an inspection device becomes defective, and thereby eliminate repeating the inspection again by reading each back-up every time at the predetermined number of times. CONSTITUTION:An inspection system is made up of a personal computer 11 having a function as an inspection device, a disc controller 12 which is an inspection object, and of a disc drive 13. And a judging means judges whether or not an inspection to be made is an inspection which has been made but is till to be continuously made. And when it is judged that it is not a sort of an inspection to be continued, an inspection data back-up file is prepared by a file preparing means. And when the inspection is found to be still continued, inspection data every time shall be reserved in the inspection data back-up file every time or every definite number of times by a data reserving means. |
