PURPOSE:To enable to playback the audio in the stereo while displaying the video, by recording the video signal on the left and right tracks of stereo audio tape and recording the audio signal succeedingly. CONSTITUTION:Video signals 8L, 8R are recorded on the left and right tracks of audio tape used for stereo, and succeedingly the audio signals 11L, 11R are recorded on the left and right tracks. Video signals 8L, 8R are read out with left and right playback heads 12L, 12R, they are written in the memory 17 in the specified order and they are displayed even under the playback period of audio signal. After reading out the video signals 8L, 8R, the left and right audio signals 10L, 10R are read out at the left and right playback heads 12L, 12R, the changer-over switches 14L, 14R are switched to the terminal A and fed to the left and right speakers 21L, 21R to reproduce the stereo sound. |
