PURPOSE:To detect the inclination angle of a body to measure adequately without generating a wrong detection of the oscillation. CONSTITUTION:A pendulum body 19 is provided on the first rotary encoder 17, and the pendulum body 19 is composed of an oscillator shaft 21 with the length L1 whose upper end is fixed to a rotary shaft 20, and a weight body 22 of a mass W1 fixed to the lower end of the oscillator shaft 21. And a pendulum body 23 is provided also on the second rotary encoder 18, and the pendulum body 23 is composed of an ascillalator shaft 21 with the length L2 whose upper end is fixed to a rotary shaft 24, and a weight body 22 of the mass W1 fixed to the lower end of the oscillator shaft 21 (provided that L1>L2, and W1>W2). In both rotary encoders 17 and 18, built-in sensors 27 and 28 to output 1 pulse/ deg following the rotations of the rotary shafts 20 and 24 are housed respectively, and the pulse outputs from the sensors 27 and 28 are input to a recognition circuit 26 which consists of a microcomputer. |
