PURPOSE:To generate the pure steam that is proper to be used for the steaming process of the food industry by heating generated steam easily and economically to change it into superheated steam. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 3 that has the water 2 into which raw steam 1a is blown in from a boiler B in the bottom section, cyclone 5 that is connected to the upper section of the vessel 3 and heating chamber 21 that is partitioned by a partition board 20 in the upper section of the cyclone 5 constitutes the main section of the subject device. The heating chamber 21 and boiler B are connected by a branch piping 23, the heating chamber 21 and the vessel 3 are connected by a bypass piping 24, and part of the steam outlet piping 8 from the cyclone 5 is received in the heating chamber 21. Law steam 1a from the boiler B is supplied to the heating chamber 21 from the branch piping 23, and the pure steam 1c that is passing through the steam outlet piping 8 is heated by the heat of the raw steam 1a to change the pure steam 1c into superheated steam. The raw steam 1a of the heating chamber 21 returns to the vessel 3 through the bypass piping 24 and it becomes the pure steam 1c finally. |
