PURPOSE:To provide an optical recording medium with uniform reflection factor and recording contrast regardless of its part on a recording medium surface and insignificant aging properties. CONSTITUTION:A surfactant is added to at least, one point in a recording medium, a substrate or their interface, in an optical recording medium having an organic color recording medium on the substrate. The surfactant works to give a uniform, slow or rapid dyeing effect and thereby, the organic color, substrate and interface layer become uniformly thick under the uniform dyeing effect, thin under the slow dyeing effect and thick under the rapid dyeing effect. Subsequently, the reflection factor and the recording contrast are uniform regardless of the part of the medium and also the aging phenomenon is hardly seen. |
