PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of heat-melted substance to a thermal element in recording by mixing the specific pulverized hydrated aluminum silicate in a heat- developed layer. CONSTITUTION:The powder of the hydrated aluminum silicate mineral whose silicon oxide content, excepting water, is 60-80wt%, as an inorganic filler, is heated so that the content thereof turnes to be about 10-40wt% when being driedin the course of thermal color development. In this case, the average particle size of the portion accounting in weight for 70wt%, at least, of the powder is preferably to be 0.3mu or less. As a concrete example of the hydrated aluminum silicate mineral, the minerals of montmorillonite, bentonite or the like can be named. The thermal liquid with a binder mixed therein is applied to a supporting body such as synthetic paper and a resin film and dried. Since the compounded hydrated aluminum silicate mineral has a three-dimentional framing structure, the gaps therein absorb the heat- melted substace in recording, whereby the adhesion thereof to the thermal printing element is prevented. |
