<p>PURPOSE:To provide a parts take-out device capable of taking out the designated number of parts without counting the number of parts. CONSTITUTION:A chute rail 6 for aligning and supplying screws 5 stored in a storing drum 4 adapted to rotate along an erect surface is disposed, and a shut lever 9 adapted to rotated on an erect surface is installed on the lower end of the chute rail. A shaft 12 is arranged parallel to the chute rail 6, and a rotary lever 11 is fitted to the lower end of the shaft, so that the rotation of the shut lever 9 is transmitted to the shaft 12. A shaft pin 13 is integrally mounted on the shaft 12 in such a manner as to rotate on the horizontal plane, and the forward end of the shaft pin reaches a moving path for the screws 5 on the chute rail 6. Thus, only if an operator separates the shut lever from the lower portion of the chute rail, the required number of screws can be taken out automatically, so that it is not necessary to count the screws by visual observation.</p> |
