摘要 PURPOSE:To save a number of wires of signal line by transmitting a switching command signal, output from a power supply control unit of each riding cage to a section switching device of each section, as a code signal. CONSTITUTION:In an arithmetic processor 24 of a power supply control unit 19, a section select switching device 20 for supplying drive power to a section coil required for controlling a riding cage in charge of the own is selected. A data is output to a terminal device 27 of each section switching device 20 by a terminal device 25 and a transmission signal line 26. Thus in the power supply control unit 19 for controlling each riding cage of each elevator, a primary coil is divided into the above-mentioned section coil in each lift path, and a command signal is transmitted to each section select switching device 20 through the transmission signal line 26 and selectively switched by the section select switching device 20 in each before-mentioned section coil to control connection/disconnection of the power supply and propulsion of each riding cage. In this way, a number of wiring signal lines can be reduced.
