Portable sewage treatment assembly - has pre-flotation section and two=stage treatment section with aerobic and anaerobic biological actions

The sewage, contg. solids and biodegradable materials, is treated by sepn. of the solids and by flotation, where the physical stages separate coarse and fine matter and heavy matter. The preflotation stage has a gas/water mixer (32) and an initial separator for solids and foam. The two-stage treatment sections (44,54) have a gas/water mixer (48) and a further solids and foam separator. The final flotation stage has a further gas/water mixer and a solids and foam separator. The sewage flow through the treatment stages is set by a process control computer according to readings from sensors to show the condition and cleanliness of the sewage. The sewage is pref. processed by flotation in an aerobic biological treatment stage (44) and in a following anaerobic biological treatment stage (54), and is recirculated a number of times between the two stages by pumping, with an active oxygen/water mixer at least at the aerobic biological stage. ADVANTAGE - The system can be transported to sites where needed, in a compact assembly, with an overall process control.
