PURPOSE:To maintain stable performance by utilizing a lift path, so that the outside air can be ventilated in a building, and decreasing a temperature difference between the insides of the lift path and the building. CONSTITUTION:In an air suction port 12 comprising upper and lower part air suction ports 12a, 12b provided in an inspection door 10d of a three-way frame 10 in a lift path wall facing to an elevator hall 9a, air in a room is sucked into a lift path 1, and in a ventilating port 13c and a heat converting ventilating equipment 14 provided in an external wall above the lift path 1, air in the lift path 1 is exhausted to the outside of a building to suck air in the room into the lift path 1 and air in the lift path 1 to the outside of the building. |
