PURPOSE:To form a prescribed shape on a substrate through printing system by pasting the specified ferromagnetic material and thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:An alloy powder constituted of samarium and cobalt, whose basic composition is SmCo5 and whose mean grain size is 20 to 30mum, and a thermosetting silicon paint are weighed to be 81wt.% and 19wt.%, respectively, and an adequate amount of carbitol is added as a solvent. They are sufficiently mixed to prepare a magnetic paste. After a thick film magnetic paste pattern is printed by printing equipment capable for dielectric patterning so as to realize a desired shape pattern and thickness, the printed substrate is heated and subjected to curing treatment. Finally, the thick film magnetic components are magnetized by a magnetizing machine to make a magnet. Thus this system can produce optional shapes and readily accommodate for modification of shape. |
