PURPOSE:To form a surface soil material as a soil improving material for preventing the hazard of continuous cropping by forming industrial waste sludge as solid sludge, adding a binder to this sludge and extrusion molding the sludge to form a desulfurizing and denitrifying agent for waste combustion gases, then adding and mixing bentonite, etc., to and with this solid sludge and by adding a fermentable org. fertilizer, etc., thereto. CONSTITUTION:Limenstone powder contg. the clayey material hyproduced in a large amt. at the time of producing high-purity CaCO3 from limestone is introduced into a water tank and a flocculating agent is added thereto to settle sludge. The contg. liquid obtd. after the supernatant is removed is dehydrated by a filter press, etc., to draw the solid sludge. The binder is added to this sludge and sludge is extrusion molded to form pellets. The desulfurizing and denitrifying agent for waste combustion gases is thus obtd. This dehydrated solid sludge is dried in the sum and the radiatable bentonite, etc., are added thereto and, further metallic salts, such as magnetite powder, are mixed to form the surface soil material for soil. This material is worked to the soil improving material for preventing the hazard of continuous cropping by adding and mixing the fermentable org. fertilizer, peat moss, crude straws, etc., to and with the material. |
