PURPOSE:To provide an overcurrent time monitoring circuit for an inductive load, which can monitor an overcurrent time in a simple constitution with high reliability. CONSTITUTION:The overcurrent time monitoring circuit comprises a comparator 3 for detecting it if a current of a rated current or more of a motor is set, and a logic circuit 4b for logically calculating an output pulse from the comparator 3 and a clock pulse applied by suitable means. The monitoring circuit further comprises a programmable interval timer 4a for triggering the output pulse from the circuit 4b, counting a preset count based on a predetermined lock period, and outputting a predetermined signal when the count becomes over the preset count. |
