<p>PURPOSE:To ensure an automatic detection for the time mode of the recording during the reproduction, by counting the output pulse number of the frequency motor which are generated within the interval of the control signal reproduced through the control head. CONSTITUTION:The signal of the frequency motor 6 which detects the frequency of the capstan motor 4 driving the magnetic tape 1 is supplied as the clock signal to the counter 8 in the VTR control unit along with a supply of the signal of the magnetic flux answer type control head 9 in the form of the reset signal each. The output of the counter performs a display of the time mode on the light emitting elements 24-26 via the NAND gates 11-13 plus R-S flip-flop 31-33 each. Accordingly, an automatic detection is given to the reproduction mode of the VTR capable of switching the record/reproduction time to perform a switching by counting the number of pulses within a control interval for the output the motor 6.</p> |
