<p>PURPOSE:To enable a detection accuracy of a taste value to be stabilized regardless of temperature. CONSTITUTION:A near-infrared rays which are radiated from a light source 3 reach a diffraction grid 6 through a reflection mirror 4, are subjected to spectral analysis here and then are transmitted through a sample within a sample container, and then the transmission light is detected by a transmission light detector 9. Then, based on a detection result of this transmission light detector 9, an absorbance (near-infrared-rays absorption spectrum) for each wavelength of the near-infrared rays is obtained. Then, a taste value is obtained from the absorbance of a specific wavelength out of the absorbances which are obtained in this manner by using a calibration curve which is obtained previously. In this case, each coefficient of the calibration curve is set to a specified value based on a detection temperature of an external air temperature sensor 13.</p> |
