PURPOSE:To obtain a bond magnet rotor in which cracks are hard to be generated, by inserting and fixing a metal shaft into the cylinder of the bond magnet which shaft is heated at a temperature higher than or equal to the melting point of resin constituting the bond magnet. CONSTITUTION:A metal shaft 3 heated at a temperature higher than or equal to the melting point of resin constituting a bond magnet 1 by high frequency induction heating is inserted and fixed into the cylinder of the bond magnet 1. Hence the inner peripheral surface of the bond magnet 1 is softened or melted by the heat of the metal shaft 3, a very small amount of the superfluous bond magnet 1 is eliminated, and the metal shaft 3 and the bond magnet 1 are unified in a body according to cooling. Thereby strain which generates cracks on the whole part of the bond magnet is not left in the bond magnet part on the circumference in the vicinity of the metal shaft, so that a bond magnet rotor in which cracks are hard to be generated can be obtained. |
