PURPOSE:To enable a psychological thermo-sensation provided by an illumination environment to be in accord with a thermo-sensation by a human skin so as to enhance a thermo-effect by making the color temperature, wavelength, quantity-of-light, and the like, of natural lighting from a sunlight and an artificial light adjustable according to an illuminating space or situations of the outside air. CONSTITUTION:A heating and cooling appliance 6 sends a signal 13 indicating under cooled or under heated to a light-color deciding part 7 when being cooled or heated, the deciding part 7 operates a color temperature corresponding to a color temperature of equal to or more than 5300K or a light color of equal to or less than 3300 K. A sunlight 12 being incident on a sunlight striking part 5 is measured with a color meter 8, a driving part 9 controls the striking part 5 until it equalizes with a chromaticity value from the deciding part 7. Thus, a light 14, being incident from the striking part 5, the color temperature of which being 'A' kelvin, becomes the chromaticity value from the deciding part 7. When the appliance 6 is not in operation, it operates in the same way as in the case of upon a cooling or a heating, when an outside air temperature measured by an outside temperature measuring part 10 is equal to or more than 23 deg.C or is equal to or less than 22 deg.C. Thereby a psycological thermo-sensation provided by an illumination environment matches thermo-sensation by a human skin, so that thermo-effect can be enhanced. |
