PURPOSE:To produce the title foam having good properties and low density or low hardness at a high mold temperature without using any fluorocarbon blowing agent. CONSTITUTION:A polyether polyol mixture prepared by mixing a polyether polyol of a hydroxyl value of 56.0mgKOH/g with a polyether polyol of a hydroxyl value of 100.0mgKOH/g and alumina sol, water, a catalyst and a foam stabilizer are mixed with tolylene diisocyanate, and the resulting mixture is cured in a mold to obtain a flexible molded foam. |
