<p>PURPOSE:To provide a thick-film resistor having a highly accurate resistance value, and to provide a multilayered circuit board incorporating the same. CONSTITUTION:A thick-film resistor is formed on a green body which is composed of alumina, or the like, and fired together with the green body. The composition of such a thick-film resistor includes conductive particles and glass which is combined with the conductive particles. The conductive particles are composed of a composition and a fired body produced from the same composition, wherein the composition includes first oxides of metallic elements and second oxides of metallic elements, the second oxides having a difference of 30% or less, in ionic radii, between metallic ions of the first and second oxides. It is possible to provide a thick-film resistor having a regulation of 10% or less even when the resistor is subjected to a repetitive firing.</p> |
