<p>Aza-6-indole derivatives as benzodiazepine receptor ligands having a reverse agonist effect relative to the benzodiazepines of formula (I), wherein R1 is H, alkoxymethyl or a group (II); R2 is hydrocarbyloxy; and R3 and R4 are alkyl. Drugs consisting of said compounds and designed particularly to treat nervous disorders are also provided.</p> |
