PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous connection of a recording head and an ink tank in an ink jet apparatus capable of supplying ink in such a state that a plurality of recording heads emitting ink communicate with the ink tank supplying ink to said heads. CONSTITUTION:A common connection part having common marks 20, 18 and a discriminating connection part having peculiar marks 21, 19 and capable of discriminating a combination to be connected are provided to the communication part (ink supply pipes 16, 17, joints 7, 8) of recording heads and an ink tank. By this constitution, the combination to be connected can be connected without mistake. |
