PURPOSE:To constitute the device so that it can cope with both of a normal eye person and a visually handicapped person by its automatic transaction dance single body. CONSTITUTION:On the customer service surface opposed to a customer of the automatic transaction device, a keyboard 15, a touch panel 17, a color CRT, a handset 23, a built-in loudspeaker 31 and a built-in microphone 32 are provided. Also, a hook-up switch 29 which is turned on/off by a state of the handset 23 is provided, and a main controller 1 monitors turn-on/turn-off of the hook-up switch 29 until a medium is inserted from the time when a transaction is selected and recognizes whether the customer is a normal eye person or a visually handicapped person. Subsequently, in the case the customer is a normal eye person, the device is operated in a normal eye person mode, and in the case the customer is a usually handicapped person, the device is operated in a visually handicapped person mode. |
