The invention concerns sulphuration products of unsaturated fatty-acid glyceride esters of formula (I), in which R<1>CO is an unsaturated acyl group with 16 to 24 carbon atoms and 1 to 5 double bonds and R<2>CO and R<3>CO, independently of each other, are acyl groups with 6 to 24 carbon atoms and 0 or 1 to 5 double bonds. Such compounds can be used to inhibit the development of corrosion on metal surfaces.
