<p>PURPOSE:To prevent data of a RAM disk from being destroyed by data transfer or refresh due to a DRAM not only during operation of a CPU but also in the practical level by suppressing sending of a synchronous reset signal even at the time when a hold signal is active. CONSTITUTION:If the time when an asynchronous reset signal *RESET is inputted to a reset control part 11 to generate a synchronous reset signal *RST- SYNC is in the CPU cycle, the reset signal +RST-SYNC is sent by the next clock of a ready signal *READY to perform the reset. Consequently, reset is performed without destroying data of the RAM disk consisting of the DRAM.</p> |
