<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the outer sizes of a substrate, and eliminate limitation for disposition by providing an input terminal and an in/out terminal at a side of a semiconductor device parallel with an output extension line. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal formed at a semiconductor device is provided at a side of the semiconductor device parallel with an output extension line formed at a first substrate. The output terminal is directly connected with the output extension line on the first substrate composing a liquid crystal display device. The input terminal is connected with an input signal connection part. Output signals for performing image display are outputted to the output extension line in order in a scan direction. The size of the outer form of the substrate composing the liquid crystal display device can thus be reduced for a part of a range of the input signal connection part. By providing a switching circuit for changing an output order of the signals from the output terminal, limitation for disposition of the substrate composing the liquid crystal display device of the semiconductor device can be eliminated.</p> |
