PURPOSE:To obtain the flange which can be securely fixed by press-fitting without adhesives to the base body end face of a photosensitive body, can easily and surely ground the base body via the flange and does not generate the abnormal sound by the contact with the grounding electrode on the device side. CONSTITUTION:A metallic plate 20 having plural leg parts 21 which radially project is fixed to the fitting part of the resin flange 10 to the base body of the photosensitive body. The shape of these leg parts 21 is specified and the flange is press-fitted to the base body end of the photosensitive body. The flange is fixed by securely biting the front ends in the leg parts of the metallic plate 20 to the inside surface of the base body of the photosensitive body. The base body is grounded via the metallic plate 20. The hardness, pressurized contact force or shape of the part of the metallic plate 20 in contact with the grounding electrode is specified, by which the generation of the abnormal sound by the friction of both is prevented. |
