<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the chattering of a tape cassette within a tape cassette housing part by preliminarily tilting the tape cassette and pressing it against the housing part. CONSTITUTION:Under a state where a slide chassis 11, that is, a cassette holder 17 is located at its most front end position, projections 51 protruded from both right and left end parts of a cover member 50 provided on the front end part of the chassis 11 press the right and left end pats of a front side cover 5 from the inside and therefore, the cover 5 is kept opened, protesting a biasing force. Part of the holder 17 is exposed to the external part of the device from an opening part and a tape cassette C can be loaded/unloaded to/from a cassette housing part 19. By consecutively rotating the holder 17 at this position by a driving motor 26 of a driving mechanism 25, the cassette can be replaced. By driving a driving motor 36 of a moving cam mechanism 31 and rotating a cam gear 32 counterclockwise, the gear 32 is moved backward against a fixing cam 40 and the holder 17 is retracted. At this position, the chassis 11 can be securely retained at a fixed state.</p> |
