发明名称 LAMINATED INDUCTOR ELEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT OF INDUCTANCE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide such a laminated inductor element that an inductance value can be changed drastically or can be adjusted finely and accurately by adjusting the inductance value by removing a ferrite base, and to provide the method for adjusting the inductance value of the laminated inductor element. CONSTITUTION:Ni.Zn ferrite green sheets 1 which vary in thickness from 30mum to 70mum in increment of 5mum that are cut 100mm square are prepared. After a through hole 3 is formed in each sheet, conductor 2 of such a pattern as a spiral coil may be formed by laminating these sheets and connecting them with the through holes 3 is printed on each sheet. After that, these sheets 1 are laminated in order of thickness, with the thickest first, and a sheet 1 of 45mum thickness which has no pattern printing is applied to each of the upper and lower surface layers. Nextly, this laminated and stuck body is cut to the specified size and is baked. Finally, external electrodes are formed on a pair of end faces from which terminals of the coil are lead out to make a laminated inductor element.
