PURPOSE:To extend a data transmission available range by compensating a delay time caused at transmission reception of a clock and a data. CONSTITUTION:A clock is fed to a 2nd equipment 2 via a clock transmission circuit from a clock source 3 of a 1st equipment 1 and a data sent from the 2nd equipment 2 synchronously with the supplied clock is received by a reception data processing section 6 of the 1st equipment 1 via a data reception circuit 5 and the reception processing is implemented by using the clock signal in the data transmission system, and the system is provided with a clock delay circuit 7 which delays the clock by a time equal to a sum between a delay time of the clock transmission circuit 4 and a delay time of the data reception circuit 5 and outputs the result to a reception data processing section 6. |
