PURPOSE: To prevent a buckle and a cable cover from separation from each other by a method wherein two annular parts moved longitudinally relatively with each other between a contraction position where the longitudinal small range of an anchor is covered and an expansion position wherein a longitudinal large range is covered is provided with a lock part to block relative movement from the expansion position to the contraction position. CONSTITUTION: A cover 54 for a seat belt buckle anchor 56 includes an inner pipe 60 slidably supported in an outer pipe 62, and lock fingers 100 and 104 are formed integrally with the outer pipe 62. A space 116 is formed between the second main side 108 of each lock finger and the inner wall surface 92 of the outer pipe 62, the lock fingers 100 and 104 are radially externally pressed against the inner wall surface 92 of the outer pipe 62 and returned through the force of a spring when the fingers are released. The lock fingers 100 and 104 are engaged with the end part 72 of the inner pipe 60 and a second main side 108 is engaged with a corner 78 and an end face 74 on the inner pipe 60. |
