PURPOSE:To prevent danger of using an ID card by an another person by preventing the storage of an identification number in the ID card used for a cash dispenser(CD) terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A user recognition number 11 is stored in the ID card 1. The CD terminal equipment 2 transmits the having read user recognition number 11 and the arbitrary identification number which a user inputs to a host computer 4. It retrieves the subscriber number of a portable telephone set 6 which the user holds from the obtained user recognition number, calls the portable telephone set 6 through a public radio line network 5 and transmits the identification number from the user. When the user receives the identification number which he himself inputs, the portable telephone set 6 transmits an approval signal to the host computer 4. The host computer 4 receiving the approval signal transmits a certification signal to the CD terminal equipment 2. |
