PURPOSE:To prevent an accident that a recorded content is destroyed due to the erroneous break of a power source switch on reading and writing data in a recording medium such as a floppy disk as for a wordprocessor or the like. CONSTITUTION:A switch circuit 6 is controlled by a monostable circuit 8 which is turned ON/OFF by a manual switch 7, and a control signal output port 24 of a CPU2. The make/break signal of the manual switch 7 is inputted to an input port 22 of the CPU2. When the manual switch 7 is turned ON, the switch circuit 6 is turned ON by the monostable circuit 8, and the CPU2 is started. An ON signal is outputted from the output port 24, and the switch circuit 6 continues to be in an ON state. When the manual switch 7 is turned OFF, a close signal is read in from the input port 22. An OFF signal is outputted from the output port 24 after a prescribed power source cutting processing program is executed by the CPU2, and the switch circuit 6 is turned OFF. |
