PURPOSE:To provide a current differential relay unit wherein human system synchronization of simulation inputs at own terminal and counterpart terminal is not required each time and function test can be carried out accurately with no error due to shift of synchronism. CONSTITUTION:The current differential relay unit 11 performing protective operation based on electric amounts of system collected at each terminal by means of a synchronous sampling signal comprises a waveform converting circuit 115 for converting the synchronous sampling signal into a sine wave which is employed for synchronization of respective terminals at the time of function test. |
