<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic apparatus having a high production efficiency by providing pass core containers formed at upper parts with openings at both sides of couplers of coil windings of a coil bobbin, mounting a central leg and side leg cores on the bobbin, and then mounting the core from above. CONSTITUTION:Coil wires are wound on coil windings 13, 14 of a coil bobbin 11 to wind a primary coil 33 and a secondary coil 34, and ends of the wires are connected to terminal pieces 26 of a terminal strip 25. Then, a central leg core 41 is inserted into the coils 33, 34 and the bobbin 11, a pair of side leg cores 42 are arranged in parallel with the core 41 at both sides to be combined, core clamping caps 43 are engaged with both the ends to be fixed. Adhesive of a predetermined quantity is poured in each pass core container 44, and a pass core 56 is inserted from above. Since the adhesive is filled in a gap between the inner surface of the container 44 and the core 56, the core 56 can effectively be secured, and its production efficiency can be improved.</p> |
