PURPOSE:To improve the time performance of electronic mail communication by defining the information of difference between data, which are transmitted before, and data to be transmitted this time as the transmitting data by a converting means. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting means 11 transmits the transmitting data to a reception part WS 2 after attaching an identifier, and the transmitted data attached the identifier is registered on a receiving means 12 at the reception part WS 2 as received information format. On the other hand, a transforming means 10 at a transmission part WS 1 converts the information of the difference between the data transmitted before and the data to be transmitted this time to the transmitting data. This differential information is received, and the transmitted data are restored by a restoring means 13 based on the format information in the means 12. Since this differential information is defined as the transmitting data, the time performance of the electronic mail communication can be considerably improved. |
