PURPOSE:To offer the text voice synthesizing device which represents the rhythm of a specific expression such as a feeling expression. CONSTITUTION:The text voice synthesizing device is equipped with a character string analysis part 12 which analyzes an input character string linguistically and generates phoneme and rhythm information, a specific expression detection part 14 which detects a specific word and a word string in a character symbol string, a voice parameter generation part 16 which generates a voice synthesis parameter according to the phoneme and rhythm information, a specific expression phoneme and rhythm information dictionary 15 stored with the phoneme and rhythm information corresponding to the specific expression, and a voice synthesis part 17 which synthesizes a voice of the specific expression according to the phoneme and rhythm information stored in the specific expression phoneme and rhythm information dictionary 15. |
