PURPOSE:To make possible to surely keep taste and flavor of new crop rice by performing hulling and rice cleaning of new crop rice immediately after reaping of rice, washing in water to make a washed rice, subjecting to sealed packaging with sealing packaging material, storing at a specific low temperature and boiling with directly adding water for boiling to the washed rice at boiling. CONSTITUTION:New crop rice immediately after reaping of rice is subjected to hulling and rice cleaning and washed in water to make washed rice C, then the washed rice is subjected to sealed packaging with sealing packaging material 2, thus the washed rice C in a sealed packaging state is put in a refrigerator and stored at 0 deg.C-5 deg.C. In case of boiling, water for boiling is directly added to the washed rice C and the rice is boiled (e.g. in electric rice cooker A, rice cooker 5 and heat-resistant vessel 1). |
