Decanting spout (4) for drawing, by means of gravity and by controlled means, a substantially non-fizzy liquid in a vessel (1) and causing it to flow into a container (13) such as a bottle or the like, the said decanting spout comprising a decanting tube (22) through which the liquid flows and which is fitted with at least a first orifice (30) for dispensing the liquid and which is closed off by means of a first shut-off member and a balancing tube (24) via which the air circulates and which is fitted with at least a second orifice (18) which can be closed off by means of a second shut-off member, characterised in that it comprises a third tube (25) which is intended to be placed in communication with the inside of the container (13), a valve which is normally closed (27) and is located in the said third pipe in order to place the latter in communication with the atmosphere under the action of valve control means, and means for selectively controlling the two abovementioned shut-off members, which means are arranged to actuate the said members so that the opening of the second shut-off member precedes the opening of the first shut-off member. <IMAGE>
