Device designed to exert a torsor at a point A of a solid, the reduction elements of which are constant during the movement of the solid or its deformation in the vicinity of the point A. It consists of a pulley (1) fixed to the solid, of a pulley (3) articulated on a slideway (4) which moves in translation with respect to the frame (2). A cable (6) is wound and fixed at M onto (1), a cable (7) is wound over the two pulleys (1) and (3) and is fixed at N onto (1). The two weights P1 exert a constant torque and the weight P2 exerts the resultant. Applied simultaneously, they constitute the torsor at A, of which it can be shown that it does take account of the static equilibrium state of the solid with respect to (2). <IMAGE>
