Minerals can be obtained from non-sulphidic ores by flotation if detergent mixtures are used as the collector and contain (a) salts of sulphonation products of unsaturated fatty acids of the formula (I): R<1>CO-OH, in which R<1>CO is a straight-chain or branched-chain aliphatic acyl group with 12 to 24 carbon atoms and 1 to 5 double bonds; and (b) salts of sulphonation products of unsaturated fatty acid glycerine esters of the formula (II), in which R<2>CO is a straight-chain or branched-chain aliphatic acyl group with 12 to 24 carbon atoms and 1 to 5 double bonds and R<3>CO and R<4>CO, independently of each other, are a straight-chain or branched-chain aliphatic acyl group with 6 to 24 carbon atoms and 0 or 1 to 5 double bonds; plus, optionally, other anionic and/or non-ionic surface-active agents.
