PURPOSE:To obtain a mold suitable for using in-mold coating(IMC), by which the surface defect of resin transfer molding is dissolved. CONSTITUTION:A guide pin 6, on which two stage or fine and coarse guide parts, and a guide hole 7 are opposedly and respectively installed on a top force and on a bottom force. Further, on the surfaces opposite to each other of the top force and of bottom force, a pinch-off part, at which micro-gap is formed between a projected based 8 and a groove 9 surrounding a molding part, is formed. Since the top and bottom forces are precisely positioned by means of the guide pin and the guide hole, the micro-gap is formed between the opposing surfaces of the projected based and of the groove. At the pouring of molten resin, the air in the molding part is discharged and the resin is fully filled in the molding part and, at the same time, no molten resin leaks out. By pouring surface coating material in the forces, the outer surface of a molded article is covered by the coating material. |
