PRODUCTION OF CONCRETE FORMING

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a high-strength concrete forming, especially a high-strength concrete building material, from the construction remainder soil contg. crushed concrete. CONSTITUTION:An aq. soln. contg. a naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate is added to a mixture of 200-500 pts.wt. of construction remainder soil contg. crushed concrete and 100 pts.wt. of cement to obtain a thixotropic composition. The composition is vibrated, placed into a framework and hardened. In this case, an aq. soln. contg. >=20wt.% of the condensate is added to such an extent that the composition exhibits thixotropy but not free flowability and the amt. of the condensate is controlled to 2.5-20 pts.wt.
